Saud Khawaja has
25 years of diversified experience in Petroleum Engineering
& Management with a major multinational, and as business
builder of regional Oilfield Service companies. He is a
high-performing Oil Field Service executive with proven
track record of major industry contributions and
multicultural work experience in the United States and the
Middle East. Mr. Khawaja holds extensive expertise in
Engineering Design & Field Operation, Contract Review &
Successful Bidding, Management & Cost Control, Business
Development & Relationship Building. He provides Upstream
Petroleum Advisory and Consulting across the Middle East and
the Caspian region by leveraging across a network of Middle
East industry contacts. He earned his Bachelors in Petroleum
Engineering from University of Oklahoma, followed by
intensive professional training at Halliburton Energy
Institute in Duncan, Oklahoma. Over the past 15 years he has
held senior management positions in Oilfield Service and
Drilling sectors in UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia and lives in
Bahrain.

Iftikhar Ali has

planning & coordination roles. He has worked on major
locations around the Middle East, Far East, North Africa,
North & South America with 16 years on Well-Sites.
Extensively trained in Total Quality Management and
Continuous Measurable Improvement Strategies, he
periodically authors SPE-published technical papers. Mr. Ali
earned his Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana
State University and MBA from The International University
of Missouri. Over the past 10 years he has managed drilling
and OFS operations in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iran and
Bahrain and lives in Dubai.

in purchasing, logistics and materials acquisitions in
domestic and international markets and deals in Russia and
its former Republics. Mr. Vaughn earned Bachelor’s in Arts
from University of Arkansas. Over the past 15 years he has
held logistics and support positions in Oilfield Service and
Drilling sectors in the former Soviet States and lives in
Houston, Texas and Baku, Azerbaijan.

drilling operations and performance optimization. He has
worked in the North Sea, West Africa, Middle East & Far East
Operations working on Semi Submersibles, Jack-ups, Swamp
Barges, Platforms and Land Rig Operations. Over the past 10
years, he has held management positions in drilling and well
service operations in Oman, Ukraine, and Saudi Arabia, and
lives in Bahrain.
